In this safe and accepting community, we challenge conventional thinking and redefine irrelevant, outdated etiquette traditions to embrace authenticity and encourage individuality, with the intent to upset negative stereotypes about women, people of color, and other underrepresented minorities.
At the School of Disruptive Etiquette, we embrace the Disruptive Etiquette movement and put the movement to action. We teach rising leaders how to increase their confidence and accelerate their career through soft skills, executive presence, authentic confidence, and organic relationships.

A woman wearing a tux in 1950 was unimaginable. Today, it is a fashion statement.
When people hear the word “etiquette,” they immediately think of a list of rules - being polite, manners, tea and crumpets, classical music, lifted pinkies and elaborate table settings.
But let’s face it. Times are changing and things are a lot different than they were back then. So why are people still teaching outdated “stuffy” etiquette?
Our world is changing. Social norms are shifting, and obsolete rules are being challenged.
